About Me

Through my enthusiasm and simplicity, I aim to create a space where you can feel at ease, supported by empathy and attentive listening.

For many years, I have been passionate about human relationships and their connection to sexuality. Along my journey, I have reflected deeply and deepened my understanding, which has led me to question my own beliefs.

Social expectations around relationships and sexuality can sometimes feel far removed from what we are able to live, feel, or express. This gap can create unease and discomfort, making it harder to find a balanced and fulfilling relational or sexual life.

Shaped by family patterns, unspoken histories, and often conflicting messages, it is not always easy—whatever our age or background—to find one’s place or feel at ease with one’s body, desires, and sense of self.

The couple is not the only possible path, nor is parenthood a necessary condition for fulfillment. Sexuality does not have to be an obligation—it can take many forms and evolve throughout our lives. And it may be possible to relate to our body with greater acceptance, beyond norms and imposed ideals.

These reflections and questions have guided my work for many years and continue to inspire me today. I would be glad to meet you and to accompany you, at your own pace, in reconnecting with yourself—and, if you wish, with others—drawing on my experience, skills, and professional practice to support a more peaceful and aligned relationship with yourself and your life.

My tools

I like working with many different tools. Together we will choose what suits you best.

There is of course the analytical approach, the systemic approach (understanding how a symptom fits in a wider system than the individual who manifests it), transactional analysis (communication), art therapy, writing, symbolic acts, etc.
