Individual therapy is for everyone. You are the expert of your own story, and my role is not to change you, but to help you perceive your story from different perspectives, to better understand yourself, and to access your resources.
Individual therapy is a journey towards self-discovery.
Child therapy is accessible from around 3 years old. It's a therapy through play and creativity, which allows the child to express themselves freely.
I do not ignore the suffering of the parent(s) and I offer genuine compassionate listening, and parenting support if that is your wish.
Today, the concept of "couple" is undergoing significant change. Whatever your definition of "couple," you can consult together. Whether you are experiencing relationship and/or sexual disharmony, going through a difficult phase, wishing to become parents, needing help rebuilding your relationship, or even seeking separation, etc., come and consult. All couples are welcome.

Why consult a sexologist ?
Our adult sociability est essentially centered around sexual relations.
Society imposes on us its norms regarding sexuality -an ideal to strive for-. Injunctions about the body, the couple, parenthood, or gender are omnipresent.
But what happens when we don't recognize ourselves in these norms ? When our bodies or
sexuals practices are labeled as dysfunctional ? When having to desire and be
desirable conditions our lives ?
Human sexuality is not a smooth sailing. It takes multiple forms, and changes throughout our lives. It is not uncommon for certain obstacles to disrupt -sometimes permanently- our habits, our relationship with our bodies, our intimate relationships, our pleasure or our desire. When physical and/or psychological suffering sets in, it is often difficult to talk about it with others or seek help. Issues related to our sexuality remain taboo. We then often find ourselves trapped in a circle of shame and guilt, reinforcing our inhibitions.
We all have our own sexual history, some happier than others, shaped by our upbringing, inherited from our ancestors, and built on our experiences. It can sometimes seem impossible to take the plunge and dare to talk about it, to discuss the most intimate of intimate matters. But don't forget that your voice deserves to be heard, and that your choices deserve to be respected.
Through my skills, experience and open-mindedness, I offer to support you through genuine dialogue, attentive and compassionate listening, without judgment. I offer you insights, information, guidance, and keys tailored to your needs and expectations, with discretion and professional confidentiality. Consultations are open to everyone, regardless of age, sex, sexual identity, gender, etc.
WHAT EXACTLY IS A SEX THERAPIST? A sex therapist is a specialist in sexuality and human relationships whose role is to inform you and guide you toward greater well-being and personal fulfillment in a way that best suits your needs and expectations. Whether your concern is a lack of self-confidence, sexual and/or emotional dissatisfaction, a trauma you have kept secret, extreme shyness that prevents you from meeting others, questions about your body or sex in general (abortion, contraception, virginity, first time, etc.), your sexologist is there to listen, talk and guide you. If necessary, your sexologist will refer you to a healthcare professional. Please note that sex therapy is in no way a substitute for medicine. Only your sexologist is authorized to perform a physical examination and prescribe medication.
I AM LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, BUT WITHOUT ADDRESSING SEXUALITY, IS THAT POSSIBLE ? Of course! You are under no obligation to discuss any subject you do not wish to. Sexology should be seen as a specialization that some people will wish to benefit from, and others not.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A THERAPY SESSION ? It's very simple and informal, so that you feel as comfortable as possible! Whether you come alone or as a couple, the consultation is a genuine exchange, protected by professional confidentiality. We will start with a quick introduction of yourself and your expectations. We will then consider different approaches to achieve them.
WHEN TO UNDERGO THERAPY ? Whenever you feel ready. It is often very difficult to take this first step, but it is also burdensome to bear suffering in silence.
WHERE IS THE OFFICE LOCATED/IS PARKING EASY ? At the "Centre thérapeutique et bien-être" of St-Cergue, Route de Basse Ruche 3A St-Cergue, Route de Basse Ruche 3A. There is parking nearby, free of charge the first hour and a half. Note that you need to register your license plate at the terminal.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED ? We will evaluate together the recommended number of sessions based on your needs. Sometimes one session may be enough, other times long-term work should be considered.
HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST/LAST ? An individual or couple session (in general therapy or sexology) lasts 50 minutes. It costs 120CHF individuals, and 180CHF for couples. Children's sessions last a maximum of 45 minutes, and cost 120CHF. The session can be paid in cash only (soon also via twint).
I HAVE PROBLEMS IN MY RELATIONSHIP BUT MY PARTNER DOESN'T WANT TO CONSULT Sometimes one partner in a couple is not ready to seek/accept support. In this case, you can come for counseling on your own, as there are many things that can be done for your personal well-being, and these will certainly have an impact on your relationship.
I'M AFRAID OF RUNNING INTO SOMEONE I KNOW The spacing between appointments is specifically chosen so that you do not run into anyone. It is important that you feel comfortable, and can consult in the utmost discretion.
I'VE NEVER TALKED ABOUT IT It's too horrible, it's been too long, I've almost forgotten, it wasn't that bad, it would have too many consequences... and yet, it's still on your mind! Whatever secret you carry, know that even the most intimate and shameful can be told, in order to free yourself. The sexology practice is a safe place where you will receive compassionate listening.
ARE YOU A DOCTOR / IS THERE A MEDICAL EXAMINATION ? Absolutely not! A sex therapist is a kind of coach in emotional relationships and in sexuality, who adresses the psychological aspects of these issues.
DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION / IS IT REIMBURSED ? No, you don't need a prescription to consult. However, my professional practice is not recognized by ASCA/RME, it is therefore not covered by health insurance.
